We have sent out over 100 letters to various agencies that deal with drug and alcohol treatment. In the future, we will be emailing more organizations on a regular basis.
We are looking for agencies that need homes to place their clients in. You will be starting by contacting the agencies and organizations that have been sent the following letter:
Hello,
I am writing to introduce our housing program designed for individuals recovering from substance abuse, those on probation, or anyone in need of reentry housing post-incarceration.
Our sister organization has provided recovery residences in Northern California for several years. The homes have served hundreds of residents. We are expanding to Southern California with Housing Solved to continue serving those in need of safe, quality housing.
Using the partners’ highly successful model, our homes will offer newly remodeled, nicely furnished residences with the following amenities:

Your job will be to call all these agencies and set an appointment with the person in charge of housing to speak with me. You will be emailing them on a regular basis also.
There will be a lot of follow-up in order to reach the person in charge of housing.
After these 100-plus organizations have been contacted by phone and email, it will be necessary to search the internet for more related organizations using various keywords I will provide.
I will be starting with 2 counties in California and then expanding to other counties and states. There are literally tens of thousands of agencies to find information on and to contact.
It will be necessary to maintain a Google Sheets spreadsheet with the information. After I have had my appointment with them, I will update you with details on the meeting for you to add to the spreadsheet.

The research, emails, and phone calls will start off part-time and once the procedures are learned and the appointments are producing clients for our homes, we will increase the position to full-time.

Ideal Candidate
Previous Sales Experience preferably on the phone.
Familiar with internet keyword research.
Able to learn quickly. You will be expected to learn the general idea of our housing model and the common objections/responses within a week or two.
Proficient in English with little or no accent. You will be calling mainly US prospects.

Desire to help the case managers place their clients in housing.
Ability to convey excitement over the phone
Good listener
Basic office skills-Microsoft Excel, internet, email, etc. All other tasks can be taught.
Ability to make calls from 9 am to 5 pm US Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday
