Harris Time is a trusted manufacturer and service provider of scoreboards and digital signage, proudly based in Oakville, Ontario. As we expand operations across Canada, we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing company, contribute to nationwide expansion, and help bring creative ideas to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize calendars, manage schedules, and ensure meetings and tasks are efficiently planned.
- Follow up with customers by
- Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Support the preparation of quotations, reports, and presentations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including
- Collaborate with tea
- Create social media posts and general content sheets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong experience with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Background in administrative support, customer service, or similar roles.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup.
- Experience with Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Hubspot and Click up are beneficial.
