Book/Content Illustration Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated illustration drawer to work with us on an ongoing basis.

This role involves creating simple and impactful designs for our books and content, following specific instructions and guidelines. You can see examples here - ---------- .

The designer will be part of our Slack group, where we can communicate new tasks, requirements, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand design requirements and concepts.
Use basic mock-ups as instructions and examples.
Efficiently manage and track assignments through a shared spreadsheet.
Develop 3 simple drafts within 24 hours of assignment.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs.
Deliver final designs in PNG format.
Organize and save all designs in a specified Google Drive folder, ensuring the tracking spreadsheet is updated with relevant links.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an illustration drawer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in design software
Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Comfortable working in a remote setting and using tools like Slack and Google Drive for collaboration.

Compensation:
$2 - $3 per illustration or $10 per hour for ongoing projects.
