Job Description:

Location: Remote
Salary: $250/month
Commitment: Full-Time (5 hours/day, 7 days/week, approx. 150 hours/month)

Monitoring: Time tracking will be conducted through Teramind, including remote screen monitoring, viewing messages, and productivity tracking.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Twitch Engagement Curator to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in boosting our Twitch channel's interactivity and viewer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the Twitch community, enjoys interactive conversations, and understands the impact of engaging content.

Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with our Twitch chat, initiating and maintaining engaging conversations to enhance viewer experience.
- Utilize text-to-speech donations to interactively communicate with streamers and viewers, adding an entertaining and engaging element to the live streams.
- Gift subscriptions to new viewers, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere and encouraging viewer loyalty and growth.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English: Candidates must pass an English test to ensure effective communication and engagement with our diverse audience.
- Familiarity with Twitch: An understanding of Twitch culture and the platform’s functionalities is crucial.
- Creativity and Initiative: Ability to create interesting and engaging conversations that resonate with the Twitch audience.
- Reliability and Consistency: Must be able to commit to the specified hours and show dedication to the role.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable with using or learning Teramind for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
