UI / UX Designer

Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and engineers, to create innovative UI designs for our SaaS platform and smart product applications.
2. Translate user requirements and wireframes into design elements, such as layouts, color palettes, typography, and user interface elements.
3. Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
4. Deliver high-quality design outputs including mockups, prototypes, and final assets for development.
5. Conduct UI reviews and usability testing to gather user feedback and make iterative improvements to designs.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.

Job requirements?
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
3. A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of UI design work, particularly in SaaS and mobile app products.
4. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
5. Excellent visual design skills, including an eye for good typography, composition, and use of color.
6. Understanding of front-end development and platform constraints, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
9. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of good UX.
