Spanish/English Speaking Customer Support Agent

You will manage online live chat support for a United States based Amazon deals and Coupon business. You must be familiar with Amazon, amazon settings, etc. You must be very friendly, patient, and have good communication skills.

Key skill: Be someone very conversational, and not too formal speaking over the phone! We are looking for someone with a fun and bubbly attitude.

You will be tasked with customer support over live chat, as well as Zoom and Google Meets. Strong English skills are a must for this position.
