I'm Looking for a SUPERSTAR, A-PLAYER, Social Media Video Editor/Short form/Long form EXPERT Video Editor for $ ---------- per month WEEKLY PAY + 13th + 14th MONTH!

Are you an amazing video editor who has already helped clients go viral online? Who loves all things editing, design and video?

Have you already got experience in creating amazing videos for clients, and are looking to progress to a fast-growing company with the potential to progress quickly?

You'll need:

- Extensive Experience in video editing, SPECIFICALLY, short form reel style clips, with a knowledge of current trends and LONG FORM YouTube videos

- Experience in creating and choosing the BEST Clips for each video, from a host of other clips and understanding the NUANCE of using the right clip

- Expert level planning and managing of tasks

- Experience in Graphic design, visual illustration, transitions and captioning

- Able to track time efficiently
- Extremely efficient worker


Editing multiple short and long clips per week, including multiple variations of each clip
Track the performance of your videos
Pay close attention to comments on your videos
Staying on top of trends on the various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Requirements:

Deep understanding of short-form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven success on short-form content as the editor for growing accounts

Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in notion

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change

2+ years of relevant experience in short-form video production

Attention to detail VITAL

Ability to remain FOCUSSED, and to TRACK PROGRESS

Epexctations

Minimum of 7 Reels per week (ALSO ADAPTED FOR DIFFERENT CHANNELS)
2 Long Form Videos per week (BROKEN DOWN INTO REELS)
AD-HOC videos as and when
SOME graphic design work
