Article Writer/researcher/autoresponder manager

I am currently recruiting an Article Writer/researcher/autoresponder manager to join my team. My team is doing web design for local businesses.
I need a web designer who
1. has advanced English writing and reading levels.
2.has at least FIVE years of article writing/researching work.
3. has at least one year with Aweber or other autoresponder.
4. is great in writing business emails and email handling
5. Is willing to learn new skills and can learn it quickly.
6. has experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.

I am looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours/week) from home.
I will expect you to not have another job except for working for me.
