We are interested in learning more about remote hiring companies that source talent in Philippines for (primarily) the US market. We are curious to learn how they work, trends, challenges, operational aspects, etc. Examples of these companies are ---------- and ---------- . Specifically, we are interested in roles that source roles for the eCommerce industry (like the two references above)

// Who You Are

We are interested in speaking with people that have been employed with recruiting agencies like the ones mentioned above (Shepherd, Growth Assistant). This could either be current or past employment - but you must have direct agency recruiting experience.

// Process

For applicants who meet the criteria, we would love to do a 1 hour Google Meet / Zoom call with you. This is a very low-effort job: no need to prepare or do anything beforehand. Just show up and answer questions. That’s it!
