Job Title: Amazon FBA Account Manager & Brand Sourcer

Post Probation Hours: 40 Hours/week

Pre Probation Salary: 190 PHP / Hour
Post Probation Salary: 225 PHP / Hour

Schedule: Mon - Fri

FRSH Retail is a dynamic company with a strong presence in both reselling on Amazon and providing marketing services to brands in the Amazon marketplace. Our reselling division operates in the health and beauty product sector, achieving annual seven-figure revenue in the UK and US markets.


Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled account manager who understands and knows their way around the Amazon landscape. The account manager will help maintain our Amazon account ensuring issues are resolved. The role will also look at brand sourcing. FRSH Retail operates as an exclusive seller to brands, helping them grow their Amazon presence. As such we are looking for a candidate who can also identify brands that meet the company's requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development
New brand discovery for FRSH Retail
Researching new suppliers
General Account Management
Responding to customer messages promptly
Resolving account health issues
Request disbursements weekly
P/L monthly
Reporting
Inventory Management
Dealing with suppressed, stranded & unfulfillable inventory
Inventory removal tracking


Requirements
Very good spoken and written English
Able to talk to the account health team on the phone
Open cases and deal with them accordingly
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
