Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our outsourcing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, leading a team of agents, meeting with clients, and closing deals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the outsourcing industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Management:
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the performance of the sales team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose customized outsourcing solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Deal Closure:
Develop persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Ensure smooth transition of new accounts to the operations team for implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of at least X years in business development or sales roles within the outsourcing industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
