Split Test Specialist (Part-time, with Full-time Potential)

Are you a digital enthusiast with a knack for optimizing user experiences? We're seeking a Virtual Assistant with a passion for launching and monitoring split tests. This part-time position has the potential to transition into full-time for the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional skills and dedication.

Responsibilities:
Launch and monitor split tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Collaborate with the team to implement A/B tests across various platforms like Go High Level, ThriveCart, PostHog, WordPress, etc.
Analyze and document test results to draw actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Ensure that experiments are conducted with proper methodology and statistical significance.

Requirements:
Proficiency in launching and monitoring split tests.
Familiarity with either Go High Level, PostHog, ThriveCart, WordPress, or similar platforms for managing digital projects and optimizing user experiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in A/B testing and digital analytics.
