Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients from marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored legal solutions.

Team Leadership and Development: Direct and nurture the intake team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance and Process Optimization: Implement and monitor quality assurance standards, continually seeking ways to optimize client interaction processes.

Strategic Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client intake documents to identify opportunities and prioritize leads for maximum conversion.

Consultative Approach: Utilize a consultative approach in client interactions to enhance understanding and propose the most effective legal solutions.

Client Conversion and Retention: Drive the conversion of leads into clients through effective persuasion and showcasing the firm's strengths.

Innovative Solutions Development: Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative strategies for client engagement and retention.

Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on business development activities, analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry or legal field.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in process improvement and project coordination.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle dynamic document flow.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in using various software tools for document management.
