Position: Shopify e-Commerce Customer Service - Email Only
Compensation: $3 USD per hour
Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent team member for our customer service team for a Shopify store. This position specifically entails handling customer emails.
Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer emails regarding product inquiries, delivery issues, return requests, etc.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and company processes to provide accurate and comprehensive responses to customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with the Shopify platform is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
