This is a 15 hour/week part-time job where you will be pitching and marketing actors to key "buyers" in the entertainment industry, such as casting directors, filmmakers, writers, directors and producers.
The goal of this job is for your clients (the actors) to receive more auditions and ultimately book film/TV jobs.
But don't worry, it is not your responsibility for whether or not the actors book work, as that lies on the actors to do a good job.
Your job is in marketing and selling your clients in creative ways!
Example tasks you will be doing include:
- Admin work such as making lists of past auditions and casting directors who are already familiar with your clients
- Research work such as looking up screenings, networking events, currently casting productions
