I need a website design in Wordpress

I need a website design using a Wordpress theme to be customized and SEO optimized with plugins.
I will also need 5 unique articles (400-550 word) written using certain keyword subjects.
I need all the common SEO optimization to be used.

I have several example websites of what the theme needs to look like to give you direction on ideas.
The domain and logo have already been created.
