Acquisitions Manager - Real Estate

I am looking for an acquisitions manager. You will be working with agents, not directly with homeowners.
Your job is to nurture leads and once the agent sends you properties, you will run comps to see if it is a property we can buy or not. You will also present counter-offers based on where we need to have the property at.
You must already know how to run comps, i will help train you on how we do it, but you must have a baseline understanding of how to do so.
You also need to be familiar with smartercontact, propstream, and the Matrix MLS ( to run comps).
You also need to have previous experience on the phone as you will be on the phone most of the day.
This is a full-time roll.
