About us

We are a venture incubator & accelerator working with multiple technology startups. Our core competencies include technology, product innovation and execution. All of the startups that we work with have the potential to change the status quo for the better; to be disruptive in the space that they target.

The team comprises super smart people, many with significant feathers in their caps. We don't care about college degrees and certificates. We like individuals who challenge conventional norms, have eclectic interests and are curious about everything. Our team works from around the globe. In some locations we have offices and in many, we don't. We are a truly distributed team. All our tools and systems are, of course, location agnostic, and we believe that is the only way to be.

About this job

As we work with various startups, we work on numerous projects, in domains such as software product development, creative design, social engineering, process engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, social media and so on.

To help us with these projects, we are looking for programmers with a high level of interest in working with computers and related technology, who are adaptable and keen on picking up new skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. We're partial towards developers who are energetic, intuitive and grasp concepts quickly. And who have expertise in a few of the following technical areas: Java, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, nodeJS, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, JSON, XML, Apache Tomcat, CSS, J2EE

It's also great to have:

-Experience developing software applications on multiple platforms and operating systems
-Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies such as Scrum
-Familiarity with Software Design Patterns
-Familiarity with user interface design and UX
-Experience working with a heterogeneous team - geographically, skillwise, culturally.
