Video Editor for FaceBook/YouTube Ads - $5000/month

WHO YOU ARE: you are a Senior Video Editor familiar with editing fast-paced videos for advertising or viral organic content. You study daily to improve your skills and master your craft. You thrive in a team where you're constantly learning, being challenged, and rewarded for the real impact you bring.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: You'll join the Advertising Team for our eCommerce Brand Portfolio doing +$1Million a month. With other top editors, you'll create the highest-converting video ads and sales videos for Facebook and YouTube. You'll bring our pro copywriters' scripts to life through your expertise.

We'll test your ads by spending hundreds of thousands. Your key metric is sales generated. You'll make new hooks, leads, and winning video variations daily. Your goal is stunning videos that attract a flood of customers.

PAY: There's no limit, as we pay for performance. You get a $2,000 base rate plus up to a $3,000 bonus for each profitable video, spending a minimum amount on FB/YouTube. The base rate can also rise.

Realistically, you could earn $4,000-$5,000+ per month. The first trial month base is $1,500 plus up to $3,000 bonus if earned.

We need someone FULL TIME (8 hours a day, five days a week) who can manage his own hours and meet deadlines.

CAREER GROWTH: If you deserve it, you can become Video Editing Manager, leading the Multilingual Team.

BONUS: You'll get access to the world's best advertising and video editing training. The company will pay for any courses you wish to take to improve your skills.
