Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing warm leads to foster long-term relationships and secure business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to lead follow-up, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for following up with warm leads to convert them into active business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with potential clients through personalized communication, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and how AlphaHire can meet them.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, progress, and outcomes with all leads.
• Provide timely and insightful feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and potential opportunities for new business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing AlphaHire’s value proposition and the benefits of partnering with us.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and other activities to generate new leads and promote the AlphaHire brand.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the specifics of client needs and ensure the delivery of top-tier candidates.
• Demonstrated success in managing and converting warm leads into business deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Must be flexible to accommodate different time zones for North American and European clients.
