We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Prospecting Specialist for a one-time project.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our outreach efforts by connecting with potential clients and partners on LinkedIn. You will use your personal LinkedIn account to reach out to and engage with professionals, utilizing provided scripts to effectively communicate our value proposition and set up meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your own LinkedIn account to reach out to potential leads, following provided scripts for initial and follow-up communications.
- Manage and update a Google Sheets document with detailed records of all connections and scheduled meetings.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Actively seek out and connect with potential clients and partners, aiming to schedule meetings that align with our business goals.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Compensation:
15 PHP per successful connection made through LinkedIn.
Expected monthly volume of connections - 150. (150 x 15 PHP = 2250 PHP) [Connection limits are due to LinkedIn Connection restrictions. If you can make more connections than 150, we will pay for each connection.]
1000 PHP Bonus for each completed meeting (Note: Meetings that result in no-shows will not be compensated).
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking.
Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
