Bookkeeper for E-Commerce

We are a US based E-commerce company that was established 6 years ago that primarily sells on Amazon and also sells on Etsy and Ebay. We do private label, online arbitrage, and wholesale.

We are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper that will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. We also expect the bookkeeper to work closely with us on a monthly basis to create and analyze financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Please reply with “Sweet Potato” in the subject line if you’ve read this far.

Requirements:
?MUST have experience with Amazon and preparing financial reports from Seller Central
?Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
?2+ years of bookkeeping experience
?Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
?Knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?Must have experience working remotely for a US-based company or business
?Knowledgeable in US bookkeeping practices and tax regulations
