Construction Coordinator VA

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand
projects as if you were onsite
- Update all projects using BuilderTrend Daily Logs
- Submit permit applications to City of Houston
- Follow up with the City of Houston (or other municipalities) on outstanding Permits
- Coordinate Utilities
- Collaborate with Construction tea ---------- mbers on projects
- Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by Management

Skills Needed:

- Permitting Experience (Texas permitting a plus)
- BuilderTrend Experience
- Construction Experience, New Build or Remodel for Single Family Residences
- Gsuite Products
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and other construction documents

Compensation:

- $5-$10 USD Per Hour
- Full Time Position (40hrs /week)
