Real Estate Cold Caller (US Time Zone)

Location: Remote (Operating under US Time Zone)
Shift Duration: Minimum 7 hours per shift
Weekly Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads within the US market.
Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales team.
Document and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Fluent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Ability to operate effectively within the US time zone.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
