Bison Facilities Management is a leading provider of comprehensive facilities management solutions, dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the workplace environment for our clients. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we deliver a wide range of services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and more.

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us showcase our services to a wider audience with our paid and organic social media strategy and implementation. This position works closely with the business development team to improve and execute paid social opportunities including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertisements as well as optimizing our social pages to encourage more engagement and gain traction for our brand in the marketplace. This role requires a detail-oriented and data driven individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day creation and execution on paid social campaigns, deliver on time, target, and budget.
• Update and improve social media presence across all platforms.
• Create and execute on branding initiatives across social media including post development, creation, and placement.
• Track metrics and report on key campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate and analyze the results of each campaign and program to determine success and
make improvements.
• Research and identify other paid social opportunities that would result in additional leads.

Qualifications/Skills
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently on multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Efficient organization skills with attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a track record of success.
• At least 1 year experience with Facebook, Facebook Meta Business and Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads, and bonus for TikTok
experience.
• Experience in digital marketing a PLUS

Working Hours:
Flexible, 5 hours per week
