Qualifications:

*must finished 2years in college

*experience in real estate is an advantage but not required

*with or without sales experience

*must be able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment

* Willing to be trained in presentations and digital platforms

*fresh graduates are welcome to apply

*Willing to comply with PRC-related requirements such as BIR COR and O.R



Responsibilities:

*to promote and market Amaia through advertisements, open house events and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives

*to attend to inquiries, requests and concerns of potential and existing buyers

*to meet required sales quota every month
