HVAC Estimator & Customer Service

Full time role (40 hours per week) running online operations for a HVAC business based in New Zealand. Good written and spoken English is a must. Strong knowledge of architecture/housing/HVAC is also beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Quoting Customers
- Email and Phone Customer Service
- Residential Ventilation Design & Development
- Basic Xero Invoicing
- Organising Jobs with Electricians

You main work hours will be 8:00am - 4:00pm New Zealand Time, but you may need to occasionally send an email or SMS outside these hours.
