Expert WordPress PHP Developer

Seeking an expert WordPress PHP Developer who can build custom templates from Photoshop files that we provide. Must have proven experience working extensively in WordPress, customizing plugins, and have experience working with e-Commerce. Must be fluent in writing and speaking English.

Must Have:
1. Ability to create a WordPress websites from scratch from Photoshop templates
2. Ability to modify themes/plugins
3. Knowledge of theme's code structure to able to change theme via code
4. Expert in Visual Composer Page Builder
5. Knows how to optimize WordPress sites for speed, so they load fast!
6. Knows how to make WordPress sites secure.
7. Knowledge of plugins like Limit Login Attempts, W3 Total Cache, Advance Custom Fields, TOC+
8. Knows how to modify .htaccess file, robots.txt files
9. HTML 5, CSS 3, and can remove W3 HTML and CSS Validation errors
10. Ability to to debug, WP, HTML and CSS
11. Super strong in Responsive Themes and designs
12. Knowledge of Custom post type programming, adding them to menu, showing them
13. Creation of child themes
14. Knowledge of photoshop to modify images, resize them, make round corners, use shadows etc.
15. Knowledge of jQuery/Javascript to debug or write 10-15 lines of code
16. Know how to write & modify functions.php
17. Knows WooCommerce and can customize it to match theme.

We will start with one project, paid on a Freelance basis. Upon successful completion of the project, full-time employment is available.
