Advanced Excel Analyst for digital marketing firm on EST hours

We are seeking an individual who is excellent at Excel, has good analytical and problem-solving skills and has a sense of urgency. We have a VB database that exports and is fed through Excel. The job is to maintain and update the database through Excel analysis. You do not need to know VB, just Excel.

The Excel functions we use daily are sorts, filters, vlookup, countif and if statements. We have an extensive database of 300,000 records so you must be comfortable with large datasets.

You would be running reports, from various software, deduplicating, comparing one spreadsheet to another and lots of sorting and analytical thinking.

As we are a digital marketing company, knowledge of any type of digital marketing such as SEO, writing or customer service would be an asset but not a requirement.

The candidate should be able to think independently, use common sense and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position on the Graveyard shift with hours working from 8AM EST to 4PM EST.
