Logistics Weekend Operations Support

****Hours of work are US Eastern Time 8am-5pm, Thursday through Monday. Overtime is provided with approval.****

This is a virtual assistant, work from home opportunity covering the weekend shift in the Logistics industry! We're looking for full time operations employees that have logistics experience already. Employees that will build relationships with customers/carriers and partner with internal teams to ensure customers’ day-to-day needs are met. With a sharp focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, you’ll leverage our proven processes and innovative technology platform to perform operations activities to meet the transportation needs of our customers.

Proactively identify in-transit tracking exceptions and communicate internally to internal teams. Respond to customers/carriers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent experience. With a focus on quality and efficiency, provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, schedule appointments, track and trace shipments, and enter events.

Need to be confident in taking Inbound and making outbound calls on a daily basis. We would love to hear about your passions or hobbies like great travel or life experiences, if you could share one or two to your response and add the phrase "I can cover the weekend shift" that would be great!
