We're seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide overnight support for our Airbnb properties (89 in total). This role requires someone who can work 7 days a week from 9pm to 5am EST (which corresponds to 9am-5pm Philippine time).

Responsibilities:

Be available overnight to assist guests with any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Monitor noise detection technology and respond promptly if alerted.
Ensure compliance with house rules, including no party policies.
Respond to all calls and inquiries from guests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Experience with property management for Airbnb listings is required.
Reliable internet connection and smartphone.
Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
