Graphic Designer/ Customer Support

Successful skincare company is looking for a skilled graphic designer with very strong English communication skills to assist our team in testing, troubleshooting, and populating content in our newest software. You will be in charge of using our design platform to create skincare labels, marketing assets, and more. The ideal candidate will have full proficiency in design language and composition to understand file types, color profiles, layout issues, and pre-press set up. You will also need to communicate with our system admin regarding any bugs found, room for improvement, and ways to answer customer inquiries.
