Web & Graphic Designer VA

We Are Seeking Someone Responsible For:
Marketing:
- Assist marketing team in creating assets for Social Media
- Create short video content for Reels, TikTok Ads using Cap Cut or any tool similar to it
- Creating Blog covers
- Create visuals for Facebook Ads, Google Ads
- Internal merch design (Mugs, Shirt, Lanyard, Pens, Business Cards, etc)

Branding:
- Logo Design (sketches and mock-up)
- Colour Palette generation
- Creating unique font combinations
- Creating mood boards to present to clients

Web Design
- Wireframing and Mock-up creation using Figma
- Figma Component and Design templates creation
- Knowledge and Experience with Beaver Builder (WordPress)
- Landing page creation (GHL and WordPress)
- Funnel creation (GHL)
- Form creation (GHL)
- Email templates creation (GHL)

Qualities we are looking for:
• English fluency
***THIS IS A MUST - YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO BE IN A VIDEO CALL TALKING WITH THE TEAM AND POTENTIALLY CLIENTS
• At least 5+ years experience with Adobe or similar design/editing programs
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers
• Confidence in web design, responsive design, graphic design
• A team player who is happy working in a small team of 5-10 people
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop different styles depending on client needs/industry
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Preferred expert knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Effects / Premier
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Beaver Builder Framework
• Mail Chimp or similar
• WordPress
• Project Management Software eg Asana / Teamwork / Click Up

Special requirements:
• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
• Have a headset or microphone and video camera (for tea ---------- etings)

We Offer:
• Competitive pay rate: $6 - $12 per hour.
• Opportunity to learn from other agency staff and increase your skillset
• A degree of flexibility in time management, we do ask for some hours to be set so we know when you are available, but others could be more flexible. Happy to discuss.
