Call centre agents with excellent Engish and accent training

We are an Australian based company looking to hire some new home based call agents. You will be making regular outbound calls to our existing customers (not sales) and will need to build a relationship with customers over time.

This is a well paid and fun job that you can do from home but you do need to have perfect English with a good neutral or American accent. You must have worked in a call centre (or any job on the phone speaking to English clients) for at least 5 years and have received comprehensive accent training. You also must have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking with people.

You need to have a fast and reliable internet connection, with a good headset and a quiet room to make calls from.

You will be working with US clients so may need to work night shifts Philippine times.

- Have excellent written and spoken English (9/10+)
- Have 5+ years call centre experience with English speaking customers
- Have undertaken accent training and have a good neutral or American accent
