Financial and Research Analyst for Commercial Real Estate

We are Katuva, a VA placement agency based in Idaho and we are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and driven financial and research analyst for our client who is into commercial real estate, with a focus on real estate investments.

Here are some of the responsibilities::

1. Encode all rent roll information, expenses and other operational data into a financial modeling software.
2. Generate reports and copy and paste them into excel to summarize financial reports of the models.
3. Submit the excel reports along with all the property information to the broker.
4. Assist in creating market assumptions and forecasts.
5. Perform administrative tasks, as assigned.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Work experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Familiarity with financial modeling
• Understanding of PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Robust analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to perform basic admin tasks like email management, calendar management, and database management
• Can work autonomously and meet deadlines

This is a part time requirement at 20 hours of work per week, during Philippine daytime. To provide a little overlap with the client the potential start time or schedule will be around 7am Philippine time.
