Autoallee BMW is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who will help us achieve our sales objectives defined for the new cars of BMW. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue. You will also be tasked to ensure the highest degree of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert leads to sales
- Assist and guide clients towards the car that they need by explaining the features and benefits to clients and offering a demo
- Follow up and complete requirements needed for financing, leasing, and releasing of vehicles
- Ensure that the vehicle is scheduled with the pre-delivery inspection, detailing, paint protection and installation of tint (if there is required installation)
- Offer other products such as insurance, warranties, and accessories (if the client requires them)
- Record all information, processes, and updates about the client at the BMW Salesforce
- Endorse and introduce clients to service advisors and parts advisors for future transactions
- Maintain showroom and displays with the required BMW standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales in retail, FMCG, automotive or real estate
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Business and/or technical training
- Driving license
- Experience in motor vehicle company or industry
- Highly oriented in customer service
