Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at CarePlus Living Solutions. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of data related to equipment rentals, customer information, and financial transactions into our system.

Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts using Xero.

Website Content Creation: Collaborate with our marketing team to create and update website content, ensuring it is informative and engaging.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including responding to customer inquiries and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Reliable and fast internet access.
High level English comprehension, both written and verbal.
Experience with Xero Accounting package
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
