Move information source URLs that are in the text of a book to the back of the book in a bibliography. Before the URL is moved, it is replaced with a superscript number in the text that corresponds to the number of the URL in the bibliography.

URLs that reference books on Amazon are NOT moved and should remain in place in the text.

The numbers for the URLs are consecutive, starting with 1. The number sequence continues throughout all chapters. As one progresses from one chapter to another, a chapter heading is placed in the bibliography to help readers find the source URL reference in the book.

The book is provided as a Word docx file with a length of approximately 340 pages. Absolutely NO EDITING of text or URLs.
