With a commitment to driving growth and innovation, we are seeking a Senior Healthcare M&A Lawyer to join our dynamic team and lead our legal efforts in structuring and executing complex M&A transactions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare M&A Lawyer with a deep understanding of USA laws and regulations pertaining to mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance, structuring deals, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the legal aspects of healthcare M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
Provide strategic guidance on deal structuring to maximize value and mitigate risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and other transactional documents.
Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence and risk assessment for proposed deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, external advisors, and counterparties to drive successful transactions.
Ensure compliance with USA laws and regulations, including healthcare regulations, antitrust laws, and tax considerations.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior legal tea ---------- mbers.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in your country and/or preferable inUS.
Minimum 2 years of experience practicing law with a focus on healthcare M&A transactions.
Proven track record of successfully structuring and executing complex healthcare M&A transactions.
In-depth knowledge of USA laws and regulations relevant to healthcare M&A.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
