Video Editor

We're looking for a full time Video Editor who can do the following:
- Clip the most viral scenes from Long Form content into Short Form content and add the needed edits or designs to make it have as much viral potential as possible (clipping videos, adding retention holding videos (like a game playing cropped half in the video, sub titles, trending sounds, funny pop ups / edits)
- Edit short form videos with the needed sub titles, trending sounds, pop ups
- Edit ad videos with the needed pop ups and design -- have creativity in getting the ad videos to convert
