Must Have:
1. Can create a wordpress website from scratch or restore a website from http://web.archive.org/ and knows all the wordpress settings on his/her fingertips
2. Can modify themes/plugins
3. Knowledge of theme's code structure to able to change theme via code
4. Champion in Visual Composer Page Builder
5. Knows how to secure WP
6. Knows how to make the WP website fast. Speed optimization
7. Knowledge of plugins like Tablepress, Yoast SEO, Limit Login Attempts, W3 Total Cache, Advance Custom Fields, TOC+
8. Knowledge of .htaccess file, robots.txt and can make changes in them
9. HTML 5, CSS 3, would be able to remove W3 HTML and CSS Validation errors
10. Knows how to debug, WP, HTML and CSS
11. Super strong in Responsive Themes and designs
12. Knowledge of Custom post type programming, adding them to menu, showing them
13. Creation of child theme
14. Knowledge of photoshop to modify images, resize them, make round corners, use shadows etc.
15. Knowledge of jQuery/Javascript to debug or write 10-15 lines of code
16. Know how to enque, deque scripts and can write & modify functions.php

Welcome Addition:
1. Knows Buddypress/WooCommerce etc.
2. Knowledge of plugins like EasyAzon/PrettyLink Lite, Thrive Content Builder, Mail Chimp etc.
