Video/Audio Team Supervisor

This is a full-time position and working schedule will be discussed during the onboarding.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the video and audio team
* Ensure the quality of all team output
* Monitor and ensure that all team deadlines are met.
* Keep updated and implement all new SOPs rolled out.
* Provide feedback to tea ---------- mbers
* Serves as liaison between tea ---------- mbers and production manager
* Assigns tasks daily
* Monitors the' status of tasks
* Discover new tools to assist in the creation of visualizations

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Audacity, or REAPER.
* Exceptional communication skills
* Resource management skills
* Creativity and adaptability
* Strong focus and attention to detail
* Good interpersonal skills and works well with a team
* Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
