JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Tech Specialist - Software & Computer Systems Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with computers, installing applications and programs, troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating Windows PCs. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of managing software installed on Windows PCs and networks.

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure software applications on Windows PCs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows PCs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Windows PCs.
- Update and patch Windows PCs to ensure they are running the latest software versions.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with IT tea ---------- mbers to support and maintain Windows PCs and network infrastructure.
- Provide remote support via Remote Desktop for PCs with specific software installations.
- Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and end-users to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of software and hardware configurations.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in working with computers and Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of installing applications and programs on Windows PCs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating Windows PCs.
- Ability to manage software installations on Windows PCs and networks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in managing Remote Desktops with specific software installations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
