Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an SEO and Website Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic to our website, and ensuring that our digital assets reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective onsite and offsite SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends for both onsite and offsite optimization.
Manage and optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure for onsite SEO.
Implement offsite SEO tactics such as link building, guest blogging, and social media engagement to enhance website authority and visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement content marketing initiatives that support both onsite and offsite SEO efforts.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools, tracking both onsite and offsite metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates related to both onsite and offsite SEO practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in both onsite and offsite SEO strategies and tactics.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and industry trends for both onsite and offsite optimization.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) for tracking onsite and offsite performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively execute onsite and offsite SEO campaigns.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) for implementing onsite SEO optimizations.
Highly organized and process-driven with excellent attention to detail in both onsite and offsite SEO efforts.
A go-getter mindset and a willingness to take ownership of onsite and offsite SEO projects and initiatives.
