You have the opportunity to work closely as a strategic partner for GratiTea’s E-commerce space. This is a growth role, meaning you will have amazing opportunities to stretch yourself- from knowledge, application and results within building out our E-commerce platform. This role is dynamic as E-commerce is constantly changing- you will never get bored. Work closely with the founders to drive results.



Responsibilities:
- Self-led leader with the ability to strategize, apply and follow through
- Populating CSV for product uploads
- Customer Service (must be available to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday)
- Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls (ability to handle customer complaints, respond to customer questions, and customer follow-up check-ins etc)
- Product/Competitor research (trends, untapped markets etc)
- Ongoing website optimization and design enhancements
- Compile product review blogs


Requirements & Skills:
- Strong experience in customer service via phone and email
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
- Growth mindset and takes personal ownership over work- responsible and trustworthy
- Teachable and willing to be challenged and grow
- Self-led and able to work efficiently and effectively
- Critical problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Long-term commitment (treat this as your career)
- Passion for e-commerce
- Bonus but not required: 3D modeling knowledge and experience
