Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and looking for a dynamic role in a creative industry? Our photo booth company is seeking a proactive and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time, virtual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the company's founder, aiding in business organization, marketing efforts, and overall company growth.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the founder, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.

Weekly Coaching Sessions: Coordinate and schedule weekly coaching sessions with the founder, assisting in goal setting, progress tracking, and business development initiatives.

Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing strategies, including social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Email
Management: Monitor and manage the founder's inbox, responding to emails promptly, prioritizing correspondence, and drafting responses when necessary.

Business Organization for Rebranding: Support the company's rebranding efforts by assisting in organizing relevant documents, updating marketing materials, and coordinating with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Experience in marketing or business administration is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Prior experience as an executive assistant or similar role preferred.
