Overview:
Space Coast Media Solutions is seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and ensuring seamless operational flow. Initially offered as a 20-hour per week position, there's potential for this role to evolve into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage
-Provide outstanding customer service via phone calls, including assisting with appointment scheduling.
-Communicate effectively with clients, sending updates and photos to guarantee satisfaction.
-Utilize and learn software tools such as HDPhotoHub, maintaining accurate client records.
-Track and manage work time diligently using timeproof software.
Requirements:
-Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with minimal accent preferred.
-Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
-Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
-Eagerness to learn new software and adapt to technological tools.
-A strong commitment to solving problems and enhancing client satisfaction.
-Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective time management.
