Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, Psychology or its related courses.
At least 2 years (s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned in our Asturias, Cebu branch.


Tasks & responsibilities

You are responsible for the implementation of human resources programs to ensure manpower availability and stability covering the following areas:
talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing,
Training and development, records management,
Employee relations and retention,
Completing personnel transactions.
Provide operations support services to every department to ensure smooth daily store transactions
