We are seeking a proficient workflow and Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Glide, Airtable, Make. This is not a role for beginners or those seeking to learn on the job; we require someone who can hit the ground running and immediately contribute to our projects.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Airtable to organize data, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks across the company.
Implement automation solutions with Make to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
Update and re-design using AI our client websites.
Transform existing manuals and training materials into interactive courses using CourseFactory, facilitating employee development and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:

Proficiency in zapier, Airtable, Make, is mandatory; candidates must demonstrate prior experience and expertise with these platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative no-code solutions tailored to our unique requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with tea ---------- mbers at all levels of the organization.
