We are a US-based house cleaning company looking for a full-time, home-based Business Development Representative to work with our marketing and sales department to attract Airbnb clients and Property Manager Clients to our business.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue streams. You will be responsible for generating leads, establishing connections with potential clients, and driving successful sales initiatives. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in lead generation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels, including online research, online networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify potential leads.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to consistently fill the sales pipeline.
Appointment Setting:
Engage with leads through cold calling,
Schedule and coordinate appointments with decision-makers in target companies for sales presentations.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and highlight the value proposition.
Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing Elite Cleaning Services Group as the preferred cleaning service provider.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and sales interactions.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced performance.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,Pacific Standard Time.
$5/hr. to start, with raises every 6 months and performance bonuses every three months
